"サクラミツツキ" does something that very few Bleach openings managed to sustain: it captures the franchise's emotional register without simply mimicking the grandiosity that defined earlier entries. SPYAIR bring a cleaner, more melodically direct approach — IKE's tenor riding a driving guitar figure that has the structural confidence of a song that knows exactly what it wants to accomplish. The cherry blossom imagery of the title suffuses the sonic texture: something simultaneously beautiful and transient, the celebration of a moment that carries within it the certainty of its own ending. The production is arena rock at its most disciplined, eschewing excess in favor of a tight, forward-moving energy where every element — the locked groove between drums and bass, the guitar lines that ornament rather than overwhelm — serves the emotional through-line. There is a warmth to the vocal performance that separates this from the darker, more confrontational tones the series often favored.
