"Sticky" is the most purely fun thing in KISS OF LIFE's catalog, a funk-forward groove machine that refuses to sit still. The bass line is the spine of everything — elastic, insistent, constantly threatening to slip ahead of the beat before snapping back with a grin. Guitar chops pepper the texture, and there's a horn accent buried in the arrangement that surfaces just when you need it. The tempo is quick enough to demand movement but not so fast that the groove loses its syrup.
