Stone Crazy

Buddy Guy at his most ferociously unhinged — and that is meant as the highest possible compliment. The guitar here doesn't so much play notes as launch them, bending strings with a physical intensity that seems to border on violence, feedback hovering at the edges of the recording like something barely held in check.
