Galimatias built a reputation on a very specific emotional frequency, and "Fantasy" is perhaps its purest expression. The production is lush in a way that feels deliberate and restrained simultaneously — soft Rhodes-adjacent keyboard tones, pitched-down vocal samples chopped into melodic phrases that hover somewhere between instrument and ghost, and a kick-snare pattern so loose and unhurried it seems to float rather than anchor. The bass is warm and rounded, never sharp, never aggressive. What Galimatias achieves here is something close to the texture of daydreaming while still technically awake — a haze with internal structure, vagueness with intention. Emotionally the track tilts toward longing without specifying its object; it could be a person, a place, a version of yourself you haven't become yet.
