The harmonic language is classical but the emotional register is deeply cinematic — this is music that understands it exists in service of a larger story, and so it holds back even as it swells, never releasing completely. You feel the wheat fields, the golden light, the figure running toward something just beyond the frame. It's music for imagining what you've lost or what you're still moving toward. Best heard alone, at night, when you're willing to sit inside a feeling without explaining it.
