DXRK ダーク's "Rave (Brazilian Phonk Edit)" takes the raw architecture of European rave — relentless four-to-the-floor kicks, ascending synth stabs, a sense of forward-only momentum — and compresses it through a phonk sensibility that makes everything feel slightly corrupted, as though the track has been left out in the heat too long.
