Justice
There is something almost geological about "Generator" — it moves the way tectonic plates move, slow and inevitable and enormous. Justice builds the track from blocks of distorted synthesizer, stacking compressed chords until the sound takes on physical mass. The tempo is moderate but relentless, like factory machinery that has found its ideal rhythm and will not deviate. Midway through, the track opens into a cathedral of filtered noise, harmonics blooming upward before the weight reassembles. There are no vocals to anchor a listener emotionally, so the production itself becomes the voice — declarative, cold, and strangely majestic.
