Narrow Head understand something that a lot of bands operating in the shoegaze-grunge overlap forget: that the point was never the noise itself, but what the noise contains. This track moves with the loose-limbed heaviness of early nineties alternative — not as pastiche, but as genuine inheritance, the sound absorbed so deeply that it comes back out transformed.
