꿈과 책과 힘과 벽

Jannabi's "꿈과 책과 힘과 벽" is a bright, brass-flecked retro-pop stomp that hides a genuinely bleak thesis under a melody built for singing in unison. The arrangement leans hard into late-60s/70s Korean and Anglo-pop vocabulary — chugging acoustic strum, warm organ, horn stabs, handclap-adjacent percussion — mastered with enough analog grit that it sounds unearthed rather than made. Choi Jung-hoon's voice is the band's signature: nasal, theatrical, cracking into falsetto with a vaudevillian flourish that can flip from playful to desperate mid-phrase.
